Summer Kickboxing Bootcamp

June and July

Unleash your inner champion this summer with our 4 week fight camp style kickboxing program. Dynamic workouts designed to build endurance, sharpen technique, and sculpt your body.

What to expect:

A semi private group kickboxing bootcamp with a capacity of no more than 6 members. And split into 5 weekly workouts, 2 days of strength and conditioning, and 3 days of kickboxing. Focusing on technique of striking form and precision, distance management, and creating angles of opportunity through movement.

When:

Monday- Friday June 3rd-28th at 6:30 Pm

Schedule: Kickboxing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Strength and conditioning on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Requirements:

You are required to bring your own gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards. If you do not have your own. I will send you my recommendations and links.

Although you have access to, you are not required to attend all classes throughout the bootcamp. And daily signup in our zen planner app is required for class attendance to plan our programming accordingly.

Sample Workout:

10 minutes of cardio conditioning. Jump rope, treadmill, ski erg, rower, or fan bike.

Shadow boxing:

2 rounds of 5 mins

3, 3 min rounds of Heavy bag work

3, 3 min rounds of focus mitt work with a coach

3, 3 min rounds of technical reaction drills with a partner.

10 mins of goal specific stretching
