Our semi private small group classes (limited to 5 members at a time) follow a progressive goal specific program that changes throughout the year based on the overall needs of our members. With elements of strength training, conditioning work, mobility and boot camp style obstacles to build a strong and functional foundation.
Unlike crowded gyms where you're left to figure things out on your own, every session at Critical Hit Athletics is guided by an experienced coach who knows your goals, tracks your progress, and helps you move better every week.
